XForce 4x4 Performance System for Suzuki Jimny with Varex Suits 3 and 5 door (07/2018 - on)

Give your Suzuki Jimny a stronger exhaust note with the Xforce VAREX Cat-Back Exhaust System. Constructed from 304 grade stainless steel in a complete brushed finish, this system combines durable construction with a compact design suited to the Jimny platform.

The 2.5" exhaust system utilises the OEM bowl flange connection to the secondary catalytic converter, with 2-bolt flange and slip-joint connections throughout. A perforated hotdog-style resonator is incorporated into the midpipe, while the 6.5" round VAREX muffler provides single-valve sound control. With the VAREX valve open, the system provides a freer-flowing exhaust path for improved exhaust flow and a more open exhaust note.

The system uses the factory chassis hanger points and includes upgraded 3-point muffler rubber mounts. An anti-sway design helps minimise excessive exhaust movement, providing improved stability across a range of driving conditions, including rough and uneven terrain.

The kit includes a 4" polished dual-wall angled tip. An extension pipe is also included for 5-door JJ Series long-wheelbase models.
